1. No compensation will be provided for returns and refunds due to buyer's own reasons.

2. Return shipping costs are not included in refund processing.

3. After-sales claims will not be processed if the goods have been signed for more than 7 calendar days after receipt.

4. Shipping to remote areas, such as several surrounding islands (e.g., Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, etc.), is not included in the free shipping area. Additional fees will apply to orders from these areas.

German products currently support shipping to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Ireland (shipping to other countries besides Germany requires additional shipping fees).

Please note regarding after-sales service for German products: For after-sales issues caused by product logistics or quality problems, requiring a refund, please provide valid evidence. The maximum compensation is 50% of the supply price.
